Only just made contact with the company. Website and sign up process clear. Confirmation reassuring. Test will come if I ever need to make a claim - hopefully this won't ever be tested.

I am pleased to have not required to use the insurance during the first year of the policy. I am rating as good the prompt renewal service and the ease of renewing the policy. Thank you.

It is not clear where the insurance certificate is. I had to phone to be told its the front page.
