As an experienced Imtrav booker, the trip met my expectations with regards to transfers and accommodation. Hotels have been pretty comfortable and were centrally located.

The your guide pitched all the info well. Everything was well planned. The only point to raise was the change from the glacier walk in the current trip notes which has now been replaced by visiting...

Overall, very enjoyable experience
I think customer service (Hollie) is great. I think trip notes could be improved upon, e.g. My Grand Cuba trip consisted out of 2 trips (that would have been helpful info); The difficulty with ATMs...
