Dear Learner, We are sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with certain points when purchasing property course materials through MOL. Unfortunately (As discussed on Friday) the rules around membership benefits are set by ARLA and therefore are beyond our control. Regarding the online signature issue we are piloting an online application & payment portal for learners to purchase our online Property courses, this should make the ordering process easier in the future. Thank you for taking the time to feedback on your experience, rest assured we take all feedback seriously.
