Awful customer support after the website double booked my booking

Booking issue on this occasion.
I tried confirming the booking multiple times, and it kept asking me to log in (I already was), on clicking log in it kicked me out of the application. One off, typically it works well.

slightly dissapointed as the price with discount was more than negated by fees and tax
