Hi, Georgia. Thank you very much for your order. I apologise that your mirror has not arrived yet; I posted it on the 4th of November on a next-day delivery. Unfortunately, Yodel has returned to me saying they can't find the parcel, so I can assume it's lost/stolen. I will get a replacement mirror sent out straight away. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. We aim to answer all emails within 24 hours. Our replies have been sent to you in this timeframe. Kind regards Adam
