Dear Customer, thank you for your valuable feedback and sorry to hear that the Alpine MCT oil did not meet your expectations. All our products are full spectrum including this one and certificates are available to check the analysis. This particular range was introduce because we had requests from customers who struggle with strong taste of full spectrum oil where hemp seed or even olive oil are used as carriers. MCT makes it very mild and easy consume for those who only just start or too sensitive to the taste of cannabis. We understand that you are an experienced user and will be happy to replace this oil and send you either hemp seed or olive. The most cannabis like taste is with hemp seed one. Thank you very much for responding. This shows how dedicated you are to your customers. I understand everyone has a different taste & flavour/colour can change with new batch. After kindly replacing the bottle. I'm using the Alpine in Hemp oil, I'm much happier with this type & it's taste. I'm sorry I cannot change what is written above, looking now, a bad choice of words from me. I've upgraded the review points from 2☆ to 5☆

Hi David, thank you for your feedback and advice. The reason the feedback request goes out after purchase is because it is following the activity which is still fresh in customers memory and thus has more chance of being followed. You do not need to answer immediately and should give it some time to try the product first, see how you get on with it, how it interacts with you endocannabinoid system, see if you have any questions, etc. It is strange to see that you gave us a negative feedback straight away which affects overall rating for our service and products because all other customers can see it. So far yours is the only negative feedback we have seen.

Относно Holistic Hemp Scotland

Our hemp is grown on small artisan farms in the EU using a bio-dynamic, organic growing process, without the use of pesticides or artificial fertilisers. Once the crop is ready, the flowers are hand picked and individually hung up to dry at natural temperatures. Once fully dry, the hemp is extracted using CO2, under low heat and low pressure conditions. Our CBD oil contains the full spectrum of cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids.
