Staff are lovely can't do enough for you holidays are really good and cheap I been booking with holiday gem for a few years now and I wouldn't go anywhere eles keep the good work up holiday gems

We do apologise for inconvenience experienced on arrival. We book through UK based companies who do check on the service of the resort operator. Unfortunately, it is difficult to control service levels at all times. We do trust that despite the issue raised you were able to enjoy your holiday.
