We believe that this was received as a formal complaint and a letter of resolution should now have been received.

Yes I have received a letter replying to my complaint, however Holiday Gems have not resolved either problem, they blame the airline for the seat problem and can not give us an itemised bill - which may have alerted us to the problem. They have given us a £100 voucher off another booking - I doubt we will be using it

Whilst we will not enter into public debate we would advise that final documents showed exactly the services booked and no query was made prior to departure. Our voucher was a goodwill gesture and of course it will remain valid for the dates advised.
