You should have received a full confirmation sent to your email address on 30 January 2014. Please check your spam/junk mail folder in the event your provider has filtered the email. We will require your passport details but a form is included in your booking confirmation documents. We have now resent the documents.

The documents will be sent by post as they have now been emailed on 3 seperate occasions to the correct email address. We are concerned that what appears to be a fault on your system has resulted in a negative review for Holiday Gems as we have endeavoured to enure that you have received the documents. Please note that you will not receive final travel documents until 7 days prior to departure.
