Thank you for your feedback. I have spoken to our Service Team regarding the poor service experience you received, arising from the unacceptable manner in which the enquiry regarding the status of your order was actioned. We have also as a result of the damage that was caused to one of the Topiary Balls taken disciplinary action with a member of our Despatch Team and reinforced to Parcel Force our agreement on how they handle our deliveries (with care). From your description I'm not sure exactly what is causing the white fungus, however if this appearance of the plants continues beyond the end of this month please arrange to send me photographs of the Topiary and I will investigate and revert to you. Finally please accept my sincere apologies for the difficulties you experienced with your order. Claire Walton - Hedges Direct Service Team

Delivered before the time advised which was advantageous as the plants arrived in time for the weekend which enabled the plants to be given a heavy soaking.
