Staff are always friendly & welcoming. They always seem to find the right deal for me! I would always recommend Hays & have done to friends. They've booked many holidays for me over the years.

The lady that we saw was lovely, took lots of care and attention. Genuine interest. Lower score given due to booking system, the holiday we chose went up £££ once we decided to book as someone else...
