Please accept my apologies for the multiple charges.  Technology is wonderful when everything works right, however it can be quite annoying when things go awry.  When something like this happens our staff tries to fix it as quickly as possible.  Once again, please accept my apologies. Best Regards,

Thank you for the nice words about your Grand Canyon tour experience.  We really appreciate the nice things you had to say about our driver, I'm very happy that you enjoyed his companionship.  I do apologize about the person that did the tour briefing in our terminal- we have already taken the necessary action to make sure everyone has a better experience in the future.  Once again- thank you!
