I want to thank you for being a Gray Line customer and I want to extend my sincere apologies for the delay you experienced for the interior tour of Hoover Dam.

We have forwarded a reply to your issue to your gmail account.  To recap that email- the interior tour of Hoover Dam is provided by the US Government and they normally do a great job of getting people process and on one of their interior tours very quickly.  On rare occasions they get hit with more guests then they can accommodate quickly.  Unfortunately, your tour was one of these rare occasions and we will be refunding you the cost of the interior dam tour.

Hello, I would like to let you know that at Gray Line Las Vegas we are very sorry that we inconvenienced you in this way.  While do maintain a very large fleet of full size coaches, we are limited on the smaller coaches that are necessary for getting around the Las Vegas Strip area during the congested nighttime hours.  We also realize that we could have handled your situation much better and as a way to make amends, would like to offer you a free coach tour here in Las Vegas when you next visit our fabulous city.  For example- our coach tours include the mighty Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon- places everyone should visit at least once.
