Very good so far although I haven't flown yet. I was a bit worried after seeing the bad reviews but so far everything seems fine.

Luggage charge scam, avoid

I just don’t buy this response. Why would you even set up your process so the customer has to call a number to add luggage? It isn’t just you can’t easily find this out. It’s just set up to scam you.

Booking the tickets was fine and very easy. The official tickets and paper work were only sent out to you after they have called/emailed you to let you know that you need to pay for check in baggage....

All went smoothly. Flights confirmed fairly quickly and even called to check all was ok.
