Poor quality, poor service and lack of technical capability.
The internet connection is not consistent - upload/download varies considerably and sometimes drops out altogether.
The Linksys equipment provided and recommended by Gigaclear is virtually useless....

Excellent service and operation
Excellent customer relations. Efficient installation service. I now have a good, very reasonable value wifi and internet, which functions very well in most rooms of my house.
Very low speed, customer service not great, they get you to do everything yourself, which can take a couple of hrs.
No real call or service, hit or miss if the WiFi works.
And very very expensive...
