We have been communicating with you by email regarding this and have requested photos of the damaged outer packaging but as you have not been able to provide the requested photos to start an investigation with the courier regarding this. As you have not been able to provide any further information we are not be able to start the investigation with the courier as without any photos of the damage they will not entertain any claims. We request that you provide the information that we need to start this investigation and we will be able to open a case with the courier

Dear Henrik, Thank you for leaving a review. We only receive our stock from official suppliers of Pokemon and they in turn receive the stock from Pokemon directly. You have not contacted us regarding this issue and would request that you send photos of these opened packs for us to assess.
