Please don’t charge the contractors the apprentiship levy . You are an employer - you should pay it!

I’m well aware of what the apprentiship levy is . It’s a levy on EMPLOYERS. i.e NOT A LEVY ON WORKERS . Stop asking workers to bail you out!

Hi David, It is important to note that 1). the umbrella company is the employer not FPS Group, 2). the levy should be fully covered in the uplifted umbrella rate of pay received from your agency, so you are not paying it. Your admin fee of £15 (£9 after tax) is one of the lowest umbrella fees in the entire market plus it would not be possible to be self-employed using our umbrella solutions. Why is your payments late on Fridays, I have incurred charges because of that. Is it possible to change the the payment time on Friday possibly by 12am on Fridays. Thanks. Anastasia Kyei

We made payment to you on our first pay-run at 10:47am on Friday and sent you a text at 11:01 to confirm we'd made the payment. Once we've sent payment is it up to your bank to process.
