Feefo?

Feefo?

Hi, We are sorry to hear you experienced these issues. Unfortunately, in busy periods we struggle to get back to queries as quickly as we would hope. We recommend not booking any fitters until your item has been received as deliveries can be very unpredictable, especially in the current climate. We hope you are satisfied with the end products despite the negative experience. Thanks, Flooring Direct Team

Poor service

Very poor communication- unable to speak to anyone. Long waits on phone line queue only to find no one actually answers and no facility to leave a message. Long delivery waits.

Another poor UK company.

Rang 5 times, each time over 30 min calls. Emails never answered. Lost my vinyl fitter, due to roll not being delivered. He's now booked up. Don't bother, go somewhere else.
