Hi, We apologise that our delivery service was not up to standard. Although we aim to deliver our products within a 3-5 working day period, these timeframes are only estimates we can uphold where possible. For the latest delivery information, head to our Delivery and Returns page to check whether our couriers are experiencing any delays at the time of purchasing. Thanks, The Flooring Direct Team
