Overall serviced received was good.
However, when asked for a hard copy of the PDS I was referred to the on-line copy as the company does not supply hard copies. Too bad if you are not computer...

We end up paying for. Things we don't need such as loss of income on flood and in crease in excess should reduce premium

Great for Strata Insurance
