I am sorry to hear you were unhappy with our service. FHR are a booking agent and the car parks terms are no refunds withing 24 hours of arrival and unfortunately your request was made within the 24 hours. This is part of the booking terms and conditions on the website, that you can view before booking and is also clearly stated on your confirmation voucher. We did however offer to keep your booking as a credit to be used with this car park on a future date.All car park reviews are available to view before you make your booking, all you need to do is click on the more information button.
