I think they should review some of the hotels they recommend, they are taking advantage of the location but hardly inviting, both staff wise and room wise.

Booking was fine, but sharing the booking with others (not travelling) was not good. System just sent them a link, which would expire, and which required them to sign in! Useless for us. IN the past...
