Had trouble booking in last night. When we got there the staff said there were no rooms. Place looked sleepy. VERY unhappy. We finally found a place.

I had no problem with airline booking. Rental car booking was horrible.
Rental car booking was horrible. Your quote was for $105 and I ended up with $525.
It was a total rip off.

Fast easy booking hotel was not as advertised
Booking was very easy. Fast and efficient. Unfortunately the reviews were not accurate. Hotel was rated well but experience was quite different. Hotel was under construction so was noisy as times....

Smooth experience
The prices were accurate and the booking process was straightforward. The mile distance was a little misleading, but it isn't a big deal. Overall, it is a good website and experience.

I tried to cancel 24hrs in advance. Web site would not let me. Could not find a number to call. Finally hotel was fine enough to cancel. Never again expedia!!! Call me
