The website was very user friendly, easy to see what was available and what the alternative dates were. Answered any questions we had promptly. This is our first booking of a camping holiday, so far...

Excellent park but expensive food/drinks and not enough evening entertainment, still awaiting return of housekeeping deposit

loyalty bonus, booking confirmation email
good experience in general, however, I wasn't able to apply my loyalty bonus, and I never received my booking confirmation email.

overall very satisfied
very nice chalet and the camp was cleaned and well run. I would suggest they dont have pebbles in the playground areas as the kids were throwing the pebbles around when we visited the playgrounds....

Simple and efficient
Website informative & while I made an error with my email addres, I was able to call the support line the following day who amended the email immediately & re sent the booking confirmation.
