Kindly note that the e-toll and Security Deposit fees you are querying are available and listed on our website upon enquiry, appears on the Enquiry email sent to our clients and is also noted on the vehicle sheets sent upon confirmation. We know there's nothing worse than "hidden fees" appearing afterwards and always ensure these charges are clearly stipulated in our correspondence to our clients from the start.
With regards to the Dual Battery System and the tow bar, we would like to advise again that we do not guarantee these specifics on the vehicles. Not all vehicles are fitted exactly the same and to avoid disappointment upon collection, we do not guarantee or confirm these Extra's to our clients.
We are very pleased that our Supplier managed to supply you with a vehicle that suited all your needs in this instance and was able to assist with the Fridge even though the vehicle does not come equipped with one.
