Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback.
We are an Online Booking Agent and source the best vehicles at the best rates from our various Suppliers. There may from time to time unfortunately be unforeseen mechanical and/or other issues that affect the vehicle with no way to predict these until they occur.
In this instance the Supplier will refund the money and would have requested all receipts upon return of the vehicle.
We apologise for the level of Roadside assistance received from them and will be following up. This is the first time we have been made aware of any issues pertaining to the rental and we urge all our clients to contact us during the rental if they are experiencing any problems with assistance from the Supplier to enable us to act accordingly.

Thank you for Supplying us with your feedback.
We have contacted our Supplier and can advise that the deduction against your deposit was for the break pads that had to be replaced as a result of break driving and/or heavy breaking. They are waiting on final inspection results from their mechanics and will be in contact with you regarding the outcome.

As per our email correspondence we apologise for the slight inconveniences while requesting your booking through our website. It seems the system didn't generate a reference number for your enquiry. Unfortunately this does happen from time to time, but in these instances we create a manual enquiry from our side.
There should however not have been any delay or change in the service you received.
