We apologise for your vehicle not being available and ready upon collection.
After a follow up with the relevant Supplier, we can confirm that they offered a free upgrade to the next available group to accommodate and to try and assist in getting you on the road as quick as possible.
Upon instruction by yourselves, they sourced the originally booked vehicle from a different branch, advising that cross border documentation still needed to be completed and arranged for a change over.
They have extended their sincere apologies for any inconveniences caused.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback.
Your request was submitted upon booking the vehicle, but unfortunately we can not guarantee specific makes, models or colours. We can only confirm vehicle groups as this is dependant on the occupancy of the Supplier on the day.
This is the same with all Car Rental Suppliers.
