Drive SA was patient and efficient with me. Bidvest was slow and the car had scratches and was poorly cleaned!

With regards to the eToll charges, kindly be advised that the eTag only registers overhead gantries and all road tolls still needs to be settled directly.
We will request your invoice from the Supplier and we will be in contact with a breakdown of these charges. We will also alert them of the vehicle condition to ensure better care is taken and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We are an online Rental Agent and as per the information provided on our website, we search through an extensive range of Suppliers on our data base to be able to offer our clients the best possible deals at the time.
To explain a bit more with regards to the Terms and Conditions - these are updated by all Suppliers from time to time to include any updates, new additions and/or rate fluctuations for the new seasons. I do understand and apologise for the concerns this caused and can confirm that our Supplier assisted by allowing an exception and honouring the original Terms and Conditions as supplied to yourselves by your consultant when the booking was made.
