The booking clerk at Joburg charged (blocked) R22400 on my credit card instead of R2400.
Unfortunately i did not notice it then and i was not able to withdraw cash on that card, which caused me...

Our sincere apologies for the unpleasant incident experienced at Port Elizabeth Airport. Bidvest made a decision to close down their Jeffreys Bay Branch, all existing bookings in the system had to be honoured. Port Elizabeth would collect the vehicle in order to not inconvenience clients with existing bookings. There was however no charge for this collection as the booking was made before the closure of the branch.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the wrong information communicated by the Rental Agent upon collection of the vehicle. Following the closure of the Jeffreys Bay branch, our system was updated accordingly.
