Said we can check in from 4, which is why I booked and then when I booked then around and say it’s 5 even though we’re coming from hours away

Since the banks introduced the 3D secure system, a delay might occur in which you think the first payment was not processed. If you clicked on the back button and started again, two payments would unfortunately been taken.
the duplicate payment was refunded the next day back into your account.All properties have a 4pm arrival time, however a few property owners do request a 5pm arrival time. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment this has caused.

The starring speaks for itself. I would recommend this organisation.
The properties were clearly described and the webpage was easy to navigate. The choice and style of the properties on offer were in the style we were looking for.
