Good product, no service
Requested help scanning information on how to use collar and received no reply. The QR code I was supposed to scan to get training information didn't work and I got no reply from Dogtra when I asked...

I was charged $11.08 for 2nd day shipping, when I inquired about the status of my shipment, they said I chose 3 to 5 day (a cheaper method). Never refunded, apologized to, nothing.
