I had to ask for help with printing off my boarding cards. I wished I had used the Easyjet site.

Be honest with the admin fee that doesn’t appear on the booking page and is hidden in the T&C’s - a dreadful way to make money.!

you could have had a phone. You could have warned me that Easyjet was not immediately aware that I had a seat on their plane. The seat you allocated me as someone requiring special assistance was too...

Dear Mrs T. Thank you for your feedback. easyJet automatically allocated your seats in row 7 on your outbound flight and row 6 on your inbound flight.
