So far I'm happy with the policy but until such time that I need to contact debenhams I won't know how good the products is they have sold me.

money been taken for whole policy about a week ago but no email or letters since, no idea when that will happen, so no idea of policy detail

Unfortunately the email address provided is not allowing us to send any information to you, can you please contact us at monitoring@debenhamshomeinsurance.co.uk so that I'm able to verify your contact information with you.
In the mean time we have sent a copy of your insurance documents to your postal address.
