It was a disappointment that the staff got the date of birth wrong. However it did get corrected after a phone call. I have never had to make a claim, so can't comment on that.

Please note when purchasing a policy online details put in by the person purchasing the policy online is generally what is displayed on your Policy Documents. Don’t use Cover-More!
They didn’t respond to my claim and avoided insurance coverage they should provide. They’ve ignored messages constantly.... disappointing

I haven't been overseas yet so I can't commennt on the insurance yet but keep getting asked to review it
