Tldr; can't give arating as I didn't make a claim
It's hard to actually rate insurance until you have to make a claim. Buying the product was seamless, hard to make a proper judgement as I didn't need to make a claim hence the average rating.

Assessing and issuing policy was efficient. No experience with claims. Believe that the extra premium charged for my pre-existing condition was too high.

When calculating the premium of your insurance there are several factors that affects this such as your age, pre-existing conditions you have declared, the duration of your travel, the area of your travel and add ons/cancellation cover you have on your policy.

Excellent. Easy website to use. Friendly polite staff on the phone. Happily to say our holiday went well so didn't need to use our travel insurance.
