Poor,incorrect,slow service.Felt like they were using tackticks to not pay.
terrible, would steer people away from using covermore. Service was very slow and incorrectly told me I was uninsured for the time I went to the doctors.

I submitted all required forms and within hours my claim was processed and I was reimbursed the out of pocket expenses (less the $100 excess) within 24 hours! Can't complain about that !! Well done...

Terrible! such a simple textbook claim which dragged on! I WOULD NOT use you guys again! It wasn't a large claim and was uncomplicated and you guys made it so complex and long. I was on hold too long...
