The process of fund recovery took far too long 3 to 4 months.
It was very hard to speak to regarding claim.
The web based submission was not easy to use.

Very efficient.
Operator was efficient knew exactly what I wanted, checked the cancellation coverage etc, used details from a current policy and quickly checked this and I made the purchase.
