Great website but poor claims process
The level of documentation required to support my claim was unreasonable and a high burden, and the claim processing time too long.
On the other hand the claim website / app was great

great service easy to claim very helpfull staff
unfortunately I had to make a claim
the claim was easy to do and the staff were great
I was suprised how good this company was

Outstanding when it counts.
My wife became ill on last day of holiday in Europe. I contacted covermore. They were outstanding. I was under pressure with sick wife and they made it all work for me. Cannot speak highly enough...
