Service excellent no pressure to buy nice and relaxed
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff and huge choice of sofas, although I knew pretty well the one I wanted before I visited (from Cousins' own publicity).
Softer mattress kingsize not available in store to test, only a single which we based our buying decision on.

We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your mattress. Although our bed department is large, unfortunately it is not possible to accommodate every size and mattress tension for the 80 (approx.) display models. Comfort is a very personal decision and it is therefore only possible to give you a guidance related to product information.
