We are sorry that you had a poor experience with your purchase.
The manufacturer discontinued a batch of leathers due to unforseen supply problems and without prior notice to us. Unfortunately, the 2 leathers you had chosen were from the discontinued batch. We can assure you that this is very unusual.
We are pleased that you have since returned to the store to spend your complimentary vouchers and we do hope that you will return again some time in the future.
