We have spoken to the store and it appears that the sale ticket was incorrect but as a gesture of goodwill, we honoured the lower price shown at the time of your visit. With regards to your Service Request, the report carried out on your furniture is by a Independent Furniture Specialist and their opinion is impartial. Also, any faulty furniture is returned to our supplier so we would not hesitate if the report had concluded the furniture was faulty. The additional £70 charge for a second opinion to be carried out by FIRA would be refunded to you if the report concluded that a fault was indeed present. We have looked and it is unfortunate that you did not take out the 5 yr care programme that was offered to you at point of sale as this would have covered you comprehensively for unlimited claims for accidental spillages and damage with no additional excess to pay. Unfortunately we have made an enquiry and we are unable to register a policy for you after delivery. We are sorry for the concerns you have brought to our attention regarding your delivery. Upon arrival we will always endeavour to deliver to room of choice even when we may have difficulty with the access and size of the furniture. We have spoken to the delivery crew and although it is not our normal policy to remove doors, they tried to assist on this occasion. We offer a variey of promotions throughout the year many of which include finance offers. Unfortunately at the time of your purchase we were not running a finance promotion in store as a result of the largely reduced prices that were on offer. We are sorry that you are not happy with the comfort the Gradi furniture offers. With its classical Italian design, this range has proven to be a very good seller for us over the time it has been on display.
