Thank you for your feedback the contents of which has been noted.
In most cases, our customers prefer to collect immediately from our local Sharston warehouse however we will transfer small items to the store for collection. In these instances it is very unusual for an item to take 2 weeks to be transferred from our warehouse to the store for collection. We will investigate why this was the case on this occasion.
