Thank you for your feedback. As our delivery team deliver to customer's room of choice, unpack/ dispose of the packaging and assemble the majority of our products it is difficult for us to specify an exact time for delivery. Thus our teams can only confirm a time slot of a few hours on the morning of delivery.
