store manager clarified (but we had to order at more expensive price than initially told!)
customer services were poor and unresponsive when goods delivered...

We have looked in to your comments and the accessory you had chosen was a discontinued item and we only had one left in store.
We are sorry that it was slightly damaged when you came to collect and the only option we could give you was a refund or a small discount in view of this.

Very pleased with product and with service in store and also from delivery staff.
We witnessed one customer being waived the 2% credit card fee by one of the Cousins when we had to pay it after spending a few thousand pounds. It's double standards. We witnessed this when...

Thank you for your recent feedback.
We will investigate in to your comments relating to a charge being waivered as we can assure you that this would normally not be the case. Charges for processing credit card transactions cannot be avoided and the reason we charge 2% for these transactions is to remain keen on price rather than factoring it in to the purchase price of all our products.
In turn this allows customers who wish to pay by alternative methods such as debit card, cheque or cash not to incur the additional cost.
