We are sorry that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.
However, as we are sure you are aware, the firmness of a pillow changes over time and the pillow that was on display in store will have had more use than the pillow you purchased.
Once again we would like to thank you for your feedback and can only apologise that the pillow you had delivered is not completely as you expected it to be.
Had to go from clearance centre to pay at main building then back to clearance centre to collect, payment took about 20 mins as system was down not impressed with service
