Although we're pleased to see that you were happy with the product you chose, we're very sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery dates you were given.
Unfortunately due to high demand some of our more popular products do have a longer lead-time than others, and although we did deliver your goods within the originally confirmed time frame we can only apologise for any mixed communications that you experienced.
