We're sorry to hear you had trouble arranging a suitable delivery date; although our standard delivery area stretches to 40 miles outside of our distribution centres we are occasionally limited to certain routes on certain days depending on your address.
We can only apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We're pleased however to see that you're so happy with your new chair and do hope to see you again in the future.
Unhappy with aftersales service. I was unable to speak to the manager for over two days and that was after I'd rang 3 times.

We apologise you were unable to get in touch with our management team regarding your furniture not fitting into the required room and that this had an impact on your experience shopping with us.
Unfortunately, due to varying house layouts we are unable to guarantee that any piece of furniture will fit which is why we ask that you ensure the furniture will fit into your home before purchase as mentioned in our terms and conditions.
Great chair but was given display model without being told and paid full price for brand new product. Purchased chair and went to collect from warehouse the following day. They could not locate it...

We are sorry that we were unable to locate the chair when you can to collect. I have checked your order and it appears that our warehouse manager delivered your chair free of charge as soon as it was located.
The chair that was delivered to you was a brand new chair, not a display model, and the reason it was delivered without packaging is that it was checked before delivery to ensure it was not faulty as you had already had the inconvenience of being unable to collect when you wanted to.
