Lathe staff were helpful and friendly from ordering the sofa to its delivery. Wedge been an excellent if the deliver wasn't an hour later than the time window given

We're pleased to hear you were so impressed with the corner group you ordered, and we can only apologise for the half an hour delay on your delivery. As our delivery team assemble most of our furniture and carry it through to a room of your choice we do occasionally experience very slight delays in our delivery estimates, but we do always endeavor to give the most accurate time window possible.
We do hope you continue to enjoy your new furniture, and we look forward to seeing you again in the future.
Good environment to browse. Help on hand if you want it but not intrusive if you don't. Range of stock is broad. Delivery was on time and very efficient.
Good company but slow delivery and poor communication, I had to keep ringing up to find the date had been moved, date was changed about 3 times, only by myself ringing would I find this out
I do not agree with cousins trying to charge for using a credit card it is obvious that customers will use credit cards for large purchases it was levied but would put me of buying from there again
Worst service I have ever had. Specialy when complaints were made.
