We apologise that you are unhappy with yourt carpet and furniture being delivered at different times. However, carpet orders are fulfilled by Local Independant Floor Covering Installers and as such we are unable to guarantee that furniture and flooring orders will be delivered together and we apologise if this was not made clear to you when you placed the order.
Simple and easy order process, informative regarding the stock availability and delivery within a week!! You could not ask for more really. Many thanks.
Was not made aware when I agreed to buy items that a charge would be made for paying by credit card, which is not good customer service when you are spending in excess of £500.

I am sorry that you did not receive the standard of customer service you expected from us.
With regard to the credit card charge it is our standard practice to charge for a credit card being used as payment. We do however, have a variety of alternative payment methods available in store and hope that you were able to find a suitable payment method.
With regard to your wardrobe, we are are sorry that you were unhappy with the way the item was delivered to you and will ensure that our delivery teams are made aware of this.
