I will never use this store again the service was non existent and took over 5months to get my sofa with no comunication wotsover unless I rang and I have had no phone call since receiving the sofa...

We are sorry for the delay in delivering your order and not calling to keep you informed. The manufacturer your item comes from make their sofas by hand and this can sometimes lead to delays.

Delivery guys were excellent - called to keep us updated on time and took extra care when delivering - shoe covers etc.

The shop staff good. we only paid for delivery as told bed would be delivered to the bedroom by your delivery staff with them being responsible for delivery to the bedroom in good condition otherwise...

It is normal procedure for our delivery team to deliver items to the room of your choice. However, when our team is concerned about access to the room of choice they are required to ask you to sign a disclaimer in case of damage to your property while moving the items into the room.
The items are delivered in the packaging they are to reduce the risk of damage to the products when they are shipped to us from the manufacturer to us and when we deliver them to you.
We are sorry that you feel you did not receive the high level of service you expect from us and hope you will accept our apologies for that.
